In writing checks or money orders, please add 7.25% sales tax for all orders shipped to addresses in California USA, plus $3.50 shipping for the 1st book, $2.00 for the 2nd book. No shipping charge for additional books.

Priority Mail Orders are normally shipped US Mail book rate (Regular Mail). If you are in a moderate rush please specify PRIORITY MAIL on our E-Mail Ordering Form. Priority Mail is charged by the pound with a minimum of 2-pounds. A 2-pound order will be $1.25 extra, 3-pounds $1.75 extra, 4-pounds $2.25 extra, etc. If you're in a big rush best call us by phone for air-freight service as it can get expensive and needs our prompt attention.

Orders Outside the USA Regular Mail orders to Canada are at the same rates as the USA. Add an additioal $1.50 to the Priority Mail rates shown above for Canadian prioity orders.
